Create Folded Logo

Here we start our typographic logo creating process-

Step 1: Select rectangular and draw a tall shape of first piece icon

Step 2: press (Ctrl+c) to copy and edit > paste in front to copy the shape just exactly in front of the shape

Step 3: Grab the direct selection tool and click and drag the cover edge of duplicated shape, holding shift for perfect horizontal shape

Step 4: Move to selection tool and select the hole shape

Step 5: Go to object > transform > reflect > copy > ok

Step 6: Place the copy shape by reflected and ( ctrl+y) to see the outline

Step 7: Paste color on it on your choose 

Step 8: Select pen tool and draw a shape little way down of the first shape to make a shadow

Step 9: change the opacity of the shadow shape

Step 10: Select shadow shape and reflect for duplicate shape

Step 11: Move the shape to right last shape of icon

Step 12: Again draw a shape with pen tool middle of the icons on the down angle

Step 13: Select both the shape and go to gradient to make it black color

Step 14: Select first shadow shape and rectangular and click minus front and move the shape to see how design of shape

Step 15: Shape and rectangular select and click minus front for another position of design

Step 16: Remove another shadow portion of middle of the shapes

Cutting and dividing objects 

We can cut and divide objects with three particular simple methods-

1. Divide object below

2. Compound path

3.Divide with pathfinder

Divide Objects Below

Make sure you have selected all the objects you want to work with. If more than one object is selected divide object below won’t work. Simply generate the object that will do the separating and position it over the other fill object to be divided. Then choose Object>Path>Divide Objects Below.

Object > Path > Divide Object Below lets you take an object and divide it into all the objects below it. You only have to select the top most objects, and it cuts all the way

Compound path

Cut a hole in an object with a compound path
Select or draw a shape to use as a hole, and place it so that it overlaps the object to cut. Do again for any additional objects you want to use as holes.

Choose all the substance you want to include in the compound path.
For applying compound path you need to Go & Choose Object > Compound Path > Make.

Divide (pathfinder)

Separate a piece of artwork into its component-filled. But when you use the Divide button in the Pathfinder panel, you can use the Direct Selection or Group Selection tool to manipulate the resulting faces alone of each other. You can also choose to delete or conserve unfilled objects when apply the Divide command with pathfinder.

How to Create Light Text Effect with Adobe Photoshop

Light Text Effect

Light effect is something styling your text very differently in a modernizer way. To apply the effect we need to follow some smart Photoshop tools and bunch of methods to create a nice light effect texting style.

Here we going to start our tutorial for the light effect - 


Step 1:  Open background Image and duplicate the image on background copy

Step 2:  Paste the text with type tool Kenyan coffee font and place it on the correct place

Step 3: Right click on the text layer and rasterizing layer by clicking right

Step 4: Copy the text layer gain

Step 5: select text layer and click on the text and right for the flip vertical

Step 6: Move the flip version on the down inside as a shadow

Step 7: Right click on the text and perspective to change its size by transform its one corner

Step 8:  Again right click on the text and select free transform and make it short > hide the text layer

Step 9:  select background and hide text layer and go to adjustment layer > hue/saturation to minimize saturation level

Step 10: Again go to adjustment level and select exposure to decrease exposure level to make the light lower and dark

Step 11: Unhide the background copy layer and go to layer > create clipping mask

Step 12: Select text copy layer go to blending option active stroke > make stroke color white, position > outsides

Step 13: Go to outer glow > make glow color> white

Step 14: blending mode > overlay, increase > opacity level > size also

Step 15: Go to inner glow > blending mode > overlay, color white, increase opacity and size full

Step 16: Unhide text layer, change > normal mode > overlay

Step 17: Go to filter > blur > Gaussian blur

Step 18: copy text layer again, select add layer mask & change foreground color to black

Step 19: Click gradient from toolbar, select gradient bar from the top menu > change gradient type

Soon after click on text and drag the cursor with gradient to make it as shadow


Step 20 :  Now see the final output & save the jpeg of it
