Tutorial:
Step: First of all, an Open image in Photoshop and click on the new adjustment layer icon at the bottom of the palette to set Hue/saturation
Step: Now change hue/saturation slider to fix a specific color for the hair you want to choose. After changing the color you will see full image changes its color with the slider. Don’t worry we will fix the rest of the image later.
Step: As a result, now you can determine the output of color apply to the filter. check properly if it applied correctly or not.
