Step: Open the image on canvas and draw the path outline with a pen tool

Step: Pick a back collar neck from another image; select with lasso tool to mark the area you needed to move on your main canvas and copy the selected area

Step: On the back collar there need to highlight the collar upper part; due to make it same as the original collar color pattern; paste the color by picking it with eyedropper from the surroundings and apply with a brush tool
