A layer mask is a basic technique for photo manipulation.They allow users to selectively transform the opacity of the layer. We’ll discuss step by step how they work exactly, and why you need to use a layer mask.Here we start our tutorial-

Step: First add two both images on the canvas for the photo manipulation

Step: Therefore, Now select layer 1 and click add the new layer on top most under of layer panel on right side of layer 1

Step: Active black as foreground color and choose brush tool from the toolbar to afterword layer mask criteria

Step: Move and brush the layer 1 to bring back the area we want from the background image
